The Gypsy "King" Kiro had someone killed and next thing you know 3,000 outraged local residents have marched on his house and tried to run him out of town.
Violence against gypsies then spread to other cities. The prime minister Georgi Parvanov deployed special police units and there have been 120 arrests.
