Marine Le Pen: National Rally candidate

So Macron has a noticeable lead. And come the second round it's going to get bigger because the voters who chose other candidates will pick one of those two for the run-off.

Supporters of far-left Melenchon will move to Macron, and Zemmour's 7% will go to Le Pen.

So Macro is within a whisker of the 50% +1 he needs and that's pretty much the end of it.

Of course, this blog would love Marine Le Pen to win. Without her France will slowly cease to exist. But it's looking like a forlorn hope.
